larryfenixk4e I have listened to dynamite boy for many years being from Houston Texas they were and are still a huge influence on my music. As I’ve gotten older it’s wonderful to hear Sean writing and singing again. I had the opportunity to play at Fitzgerald‘s in Houston with dynamite boy about 12 years ago. This album is soulful very well written and bridges the gap for me from dynamite boys last album to what Sean is currently experiencing in life. He is still one of the great songwriters of our generation. Favorite track: Radio Wave.

It's a Shame 03:00
Hard to leave this home behind When it's done there's no piece of mind It became All the same Trains all leave - go down the track From this place they don't come back Fade away, Day by day It's a shame But it's OK Hey there baby, what's your name? That's so sweet now what's your game? We all pray You don't say That if its all so goddamn good Why'd you leave this neighborhood In a rage? You have changed It's a shame But it's OK

From Unknown 05:10
Staring at this waterfall I sympathize with something small Trapped in currents far upstream It can't escape all that it sees The things I've hidden underneath Are making it so hard to breathe Days have come and nights will go Crushed by all the overflow Sorrow filled empathy Such sweet complexity I'm the man from unknown Take me in to this home Warm my hands Promise me That this is not that dream Wire bridge from here to there Forced to walk it from my chair Never thought to look below It doesn't seem that long ago Sorrow filled empathy Such sweet serenity I'm the man from unknown Take me in to this home Warm my hands Promise me That this is not that dream This is not that dream

Time to climb down off that cross, babe And try to reimagine life Sometimes I feel like I'm waiting For all the planets to align Trouble told there's no solution I'm hardly able to walk a mile And when I come to count my children I'm rescued in the nick of time This road is bringing me to my home I know I've been gone for far too long Some say you can leave it all on the line One day we'll be lost in the sweet sublime Stubbed my toes out in the darkness Tryin to get back towards the light And every moment I spend traveling Is closer to the by and by This road is bringing me to my home I know I've been gone for far too long Some say you can leave it all on the line One day we'll be lost in the sweet sublime One day we'll be lost in the sweet sublime

The ocean waves are silently making music all night long.

Radio Wave 02:44
Wait for me I've spent the last decade just catching Up with you Pretending that we're both not terrified Hard to see Firecracker luminescence Blinded me By burning out the color in my eyes My radio wave is fading away Those rumors are true and long overdue Everyone knew Symphonies Of Cannon speak and dog barking can Prove to me That someday we'll be back on Glenhill Cove My radio wave is fading away Those rumors are true and long overdue Everyone knew

It was hard to breathe When you looked at me And there I saw it in your eyes All at once I knew Didn't have a clue On how I’d sort through all the lies And you're miles away So it's not possible but I must tell you that I just felt you right now I just felt you right now I think we’re both to blame For what the days became And what we chose to leave behind Erasing what was there Pretending not to care Felt like I had lost my mind And you're miles away So it's not possible but I must tell you that I just felt you right now I just felt you right now Got a scar or two That are shaped like you Memories all begin to gray But I moved along To the breaking dawn Hoping that they'd all just fade And you're miles away So it's not possible but I must tell you that I just felt you right now I just felt you right now I just felt you right now

War to Fight 04:06
Never pictured sitting next to you When I did instantly I knew It looked as if you could use a kiss And so could I Stolen wish of passions old and new Learning one another's point of view 300,000 hours away for just one day We'll make this night One for our dreams Lost in your eyes I finally see the light Forbidden words are slipping from our lips How many visits ending in round trips Where this will take us it's hard to foresee Just let it be We'll make this night One for our dreams Lost in your eyes I finally see the light We'll make this night One for our dreams Lost in your eyes I finally see the light

Who Are You 04:12
Can he weather the storm In a place without a cellar door Put him in a beggar’s grave He wakes without a thing to say but Who are you? Who are you? Living out a dream Things are not what they would seem He's trying everything His soul is tired of wondering Who are you? Who are you? A break in all the noise He searches for a heavy voice And packs away the ring And quietly he starts to sing Who are you? Who are you? Who are you? Who are you?

Invitation to the unknown valley Everybody says they want to go When they're asked if home is where the heart is Most of them will answer "I don't know..." Privately they pray for that Their friends all seem to have Resonating in themselves They see... Dreams of living life out in a cabin A hundred years ago or so There's a perfect silence to remember All the beauty we could ever know Where there's love there's life to breathe The nomads beckoning Wandering through the here and there They sing... Sleeping with eyes so open They burn with the bridge again Exhale and draw in the day Stop and watch the rain Stop and watch the rain

A case of self-deception Steered in the wrong direction Proven to be his ]ast mistake Just walked a mile in his shoes Was witness to his break through And realized he was led astray "There should be someone sitting close to me," Those were his last words found scribbled on the floor "There could be someone singing songs for me," Then he went to sleep alone Branded with such conviction He made the one decision No man could ever take away For those left to imagine The tragic things that happened It was just another day "There should be someone sitting close to me," Those were his last words found scribbled on the floor "There could be someone singing songs for me," Then he went to sleep alone He finally fell asleep alone

I don't know where I'm going And that's alright by me The stars will guide my travel A willing escapee The moment I make landfall They'll say I've gone too far But things ain't always what they seem No matter who you are I'm lost out at sea Nobody bother me I finally found a place to hide away And I'll be what I can be And soldier quietly To try again another day I don't know where I'm going Or when I will arrive But things these days are showing me I surely will survive The map is aged and faded And riddled with these stains Although there is no destination You won't hear me complain And I'm lost out at sea Nobody bother me I've burned out, now it's time To fade away And I'll be what I can be And soldier quietly To try again another day To try again another day I don't know where I'm going So no one follow me

about

Sean Neil Seattle, Washington

Reflective sounds in a jagged box. I spent years aggressively pursuing what I've found right in front of me - a passionate connection to the music I write and the experiences that shape me.

This is my therapy.

This is me.
